Who can file a wrongful death lawsuit in Nevada?
Under NRS 41.085, the deceased's heirs β spouse, children, parents, and in some circumstances siblings β can file. A personal representative of the estate may also bring the claim. Multiple heirs must coordinate, often through one attorney or estate.
