1. About the Directory

NevadaAttorneyFinder.com is an online consumer legal directory covering the Las Vegas metro area (Clark County, Nevada). The purpose of this site is to help consumers locate licensed Nevada attorneys in their area and practice area of need.

The directory is informational only. It does not recommend specific attorneys, does not evaluate the quality of legal services, and does not match consumers with attorneys based on their legal needs. All attorney selection decisions are the sole responsibility of the consumer.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Using this directory does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Nevada Attorney Finder, or between you and any attorney listed in this directory. An attorney-client relationship is formed only when you separately engage an attorney directly and both parties agree to that representation.

Nevada Attorney Finder is not a law firm, does not employ attorneys to represent users, and does not provide any form of legal representation, legal counsel, or legal strategy.

3. Attorney Verification Standards

Nevada Attorney Finder independently verifies attorney listings against the Nevada State Bar's public records. The following standards apply to all listed attorneys:

• Active NV Bar status required: Only attorneys whose Nevada State Bar status is exactly "Active" are eligible to be listed on this directory.
• Ineligible statuses — no exceptions: Attorneys with any of the following statuses are categorically ineligible: Inactive, Suspended, CLE Suspended, Disbarred, Resigned, Resigned Pending Investigation, or any other non-Active classification.
• Ongoing monitoring: Listed attorney statuses are monitored on a rolling basis. If a listed attorney's status changes to a non-Active status, their listing is immediately suspended.

Verification is performed at the time of listing and on a periodic ongoing basis. Despite our efforts, license status can change between verification intervals. Consumers are encouraged to independently verify any attorney's current status at nvbar.org before engaging their services.

4. No Warranty

Directory information is provided as-is without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Nevada Attorney Finder makes no warranty that:

• Directory information is complete, accurate, current, or free from errors at any given time;
• Any listed attorney is currently available, accepting new clients, or practicing in any particular area;
• The site will be available at all times or free from technical errors;
• Attorney contact information is accurate or up to date.

Nevada attorney license status can change at any time. Always verify an attorney's current status independently at nvbar.org before retaining their services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nevada Attorney Finder, its operators, editors, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
